Click it or Ticket Campaign Completed TOPEKA, Kan.- During the Click It or Ticket Campaign just completed, the Topeka Police Department conducted overtime saturation patrols to aggressively enforce Kansas occupant restraint, texting, impaired driving, and other traffic laws.
