Chief Brown and members of TPD Honor Guard and Pipes & Drums attended and demonstrated respect for service members at the unveiling of a new statue in Gage Park over the weekend. Chief Brown escorts Melissa Jarboe as she lays a flower at base of statue to honor her husband whowas killed in combat operations.
Chief Brown sent the TPD on a mission to h elp others on this hot day by providing bottles of water all over the city. We were able to share a cold drink with over 150 people today!

The kids at TPD’s Summer Camp got to take part in a DUI presentation to learn about the dangers of drinking and driving.
OFC Burns, OFC Lawler, OFC B. Heusted, and OFC. Spiker competed in the Boys and Girls Club Golf Tournament today where TPD sponsored a hole. A great event we’re proud to be a part of.
TPD’s Summer Camp kicked off today! Albert Guardado of the 1996 Olympic boxing team spoke to the kids about setting goals and working hard, and then they got to see a demonstration from our own EOD Team. Great first day!
